1. Service

VLOWBAI provides crowd visibility for visitors and operational monitoring tools for store owners. By using the service, you agree to these terms and future updates that we post.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Store owner accounts are activated only after our team reviews and approves the store.

3. Owner Responsibilities

• You must have the right to install and operate connected occupancy sensors at the monitored location.
• You are responsible for signage, notice, and other local compliance obligations.
• You may not use VLOWBAI for unlawful surveillance, identity tracking, or unauthorized monitoring.

4. Access, Plans, and Private Beta

Visitors can create a free account. Store owners can register or send an access request through the website; our team reviews each request and activates owner tools only if it is approved. Paid plans are in private beta and online payment is not open yet, so commercial terms are agreed directly with approved stores and organizations.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not bypass authentication, authorization, or rate limits.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse AI endpoints.
• Do not attempt to access another user's private data or store configuration.

6. AI and Data Accuracy

AI responses and occupancy estimates are informational only. They may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical advice.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or limit access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, or abuses the platform. You may delete your account from the profile screen at any time.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VLOWBAI is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
